Query Payment Address

https://openapi.upay-test.best/api/v1/acquirer/pay/address

Preconditions:

  1. Signature required
  2. Parameters need to be encrypted
  3. Payment address can only be obtained when the order status is "in progress"
  4. The order must not require KYC
  5. The order only supports payment in one currency under a single chain
